Sincerely, it was a very pleasant stay on vacation. The room was huge with updated decor, and the breakfast was warm. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, decent location.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the price. I enjoyed the comfy bed in my standard king room. The breakfast was excellent and delightful; included cereal and fruit.

The staff was very bad.

Everything was great from the excellent service to the good food. I asked for double room and it was non-smoking. The staff team was helpful.

We think it's a fantastic base for staying in Albany.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything was brand-new, the room was cozy, the location was best possible. Our room had a cozy bed and a good view.

The venue is good budget and reasonably priced with helpful staff. Well-stocked unit.

Breakfast was rich, beds where nice. The room was non-smoking with separate bathroom, was reasonably priced. Chearful, caring stuff with smiling face. The ideal location of the hotel.

The hotel is quiet and fairly clean with great food and kind staff. The breakfast offers lots of cereals and fruit.

Have stayed here many times and would stay there again. Super location, VERY KIND staff, complimentary breakfast. The attached restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu.

All in all prime location and everything else was nice. Nice view of bay. Staff were lovely and provided decent service. It was a just perfect stay, you could leave a car on site. Plus their wifi was fast.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Albany. It was fairly clean, breakfast was delightful. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable.

The location was super, the bed was good, spectacular hotel. I had tasteful, welcoming room with a renovated bathroom. Continental breakfast with waffles and juice and toast was complimentary.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was overall clean with accommodating staff. Amazing and tasty meals. The location was great walkable, just next door to a restaurant and colleges and highway. Easy check-in and exceptional customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this relaxing and business hotel. The personnel was always extremely accommodating, quick check-in, plus the service was helpful.

Rich breakfast, very polite staff, I liked absolutely perfect location. My room was well-kept, silent. Incredible service during my great stay. You can find Brazilian Steakhouse walking distance to the hotel to a have lunch: D

It was a good stay. Effective place with fabulous staff. Prime location to a shopping mall. Hot drinks at poolside bar, good service.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The whole staff was caring. The breakfasts were good and reasonably priced. It was good to have cool drinks in the poolside bar.

The property overall was fairly clean and relaxing, had pleasant staff and rooms. The mountain view was EXCELLENT, I enjoyed it.

The hotel's staff were competent all the time. I had spotless and newly decorated standard room. Everywhere there was clean. A nice stay with a lovely swimming pool. Definitely, free Wi-Fi worked well in all rooms. A fine place to stay in Albany
